I wasn’t really expecting much in terms of shipping speed, but my order went out fast and showed up in just a few days. Kind of surprised me, in a good way.

It looks so much like the character that I was kind of surprised. Nothing feels off or weirdly changed, and the little details just hit in a way that feels really satisfying

I’m still waiting on my preorder, and it’s been frustrating. The updates have been bad, so I haven’t really known what’s going on.

I tried using super7.com and got annoyed fast. The pages were loading really slowly, like product pages, category pages, even just going back to a previous page felt like waiting around for no reason. Finding simple stuff was way harder than it needed to be too. I’d tap one menu, then another, then end up in some section I didn’t mean to open, then have to backtrack again. On mobile, the menus felt messy and cramped, and I had to click around way too much just to look at basic products, check details, compare items, or even figure out where certain collections were. Checkout wasn’t much better either, it felt clunky, not smooth, and kind of made me second-guess buying anything. After dealing with slow loading, awkward navigation, confusing menus, and extra steps everywhere, I just gave up. Not a great shopping experience.

I placed my order and then... nothing. No shipping update, no tracking, just silence. I reached out to support a few times, thinking maybe there was a simple delay. But every reply felt like they were dodging the question. Still don’t have my order, i’m frustrated

I’ve ordered from super7.com a couple of times now, and the prices seem reasonable for what you’re getting. Some of the figures definitely aren’t cheap, but the quality makes it feel worth it. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing, but not bad either. Overall, if you’re into collecting, it feels like a good value — maybe not as cheap as..

I ordered a figure from super7.com, and thinking back on it, I was actually impressed when it arrived. The paint looked clean, the joints felt sturdy, and I remember being relieved that the box showed up in good shape too. Overall, it was better quality than I had in mind when I placed the order, and I’d definitely buy from them again

I usually check Super7 when I’m looking for older figures or some random variant that nobody else seems to have, they’re reliable for that. The site isn’t hard to use either, so I don’t really get the complaints people sometimes have about finding stuff there.

The only downside was that one figure I specifically wanted was already sold out, which was annoying, sure, but it’s not like they can keep everything in stock forever. I was still able to find a couple of other figures I hadn’t seen anywhere else, so it wasn’t a wasted visit.

Overall, I’d say their availability is good. I’ll probably check Super7 again before spending a bunch of time digging through other shops, because in my experience they usually have more than people give them credit for.

I ordered from super7 because I used to really like that old-school toy feel they had, but yeah... this didn’t quite hit the same. The nostalgia is technically there, I guess, but it feels more like someone put a vintage filter over it and called it a day. The stuff I got was fine, if we’re being generous, but it didn’t have the charm or authenticity I was expecting. For what they’re charging, I kind of assumed it would feel a little less like it was trying so hard. Disappointing, honestly

I ordered this from super7.com, and thankfully the figure itself made it through the journey in one piece. For a second, opening the package felt like a tiny collector’s disaster movie, but the actual figure was fine, so I can’t be too upset there.
The shipping box, though, looked like it had been through a battle. One side was crushed, and the product box ended up with a dent because there just wasn’t enough padding. It’s not the end of the world, but if you collect these, you know the box matters too. Giving it 3 stars

The return process itself was straightforward, and I did get my refund in the end. It just took a little longer than I expected, which made me a bit uneasy since I like to know where my money is and avoid any surprises. Overall it worked out, but I would’ve felt better with faster updates or a clearer refund timeline.

They did a good job keeping me in the loop, so I didn’t have to chase them down or anything. Only thing I’d blame them for a bit is taking longer than I’d like to reply sometimes, but overall it was a decent experience.
